Purchases

If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Service (“Purchase”), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your credit card number, the expiration date of your credit card, your billing address, and your shipping information.

The service may employ the use of third party services for the purpose of facilitating payment and the completion of Purchases. By submitting your information, you grant us the right to provide the information to these third parties subject to our Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for reasons including but not limited to: product or service availability, errors in the description or price of the product or service, error in your order or other reasons.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected.

Return and Refund

Auction items

In principle, items bought through an auction are ineligible for a change of mind return and refund. However, auction items that are found defective are eligible for return and refund.

Shop items 

You have 2 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in its original packaging.

If your return is because of a change of mind, you will be responsible for shipping the item(s) back to us even if the item(s) were qualified for a free shipping offer at the time of purchase. If the return is because of a manufacturing defect, we will be responsible for shipping the item you wish to return.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase regardless of why you are opting to return an item to us.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you on the status of your refund.

Approved refund would be sent to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Item(s) purchased during sale or on our clearance portal named as “365 Outlet ” are qualified for refund if they are found defective.
Print-on-demand items bought on our subdomain print.istamps.net and item(s) purchased during sale or on our clearance portal named as “365 Outlet” that are returned for any reason other than manufacturing defect are not qualified for a refund, however, they are qualified for a store credit that will be valid for 90 days.
